Of late, I have been slightly obsessed over bracelets, bangles and stacking. Constantly on the look out for pieces (that i can’t make) to add to my miserable collection. However, each time i attempt to stack and pile it on, i end with with only 2 (max!) and off i go. So a little googling and stumbled upon this really cute post on how to stack bracelets. Kinda interesting and you do see a pattern going on.
Now to test out this step by step process. Happy stacking!

I jump at every chance to share the awesome shops i stumble upon on etsy. And when I saw with this uber cool print shop with witty taglines, I fell in love! Check out Rock the Custard shop for more witty prints in super cool typography.
I might just need these 3 prints to remind me lighten up! Funny isn’t it? Notice how my choices are all food related?

If you follow me on instagram, you would have seen this pair of light wash shorts being dip dye before. However, the color contrast was too subtle so I had half of this shorts soaked in bleach. I was quite a klutz handling the bleach and a tad bit impatient, hence the spots of bleached area on the darker portion. I actually like how raw it looks, like a little art school thingy.
All you need is :
1. A pair of darker wash shorts
2. A pail
3. A bottle of bleach
4. Rubber gloves
5. 1 Clip hanger
• Dilute the bleach a little with water.
• Soak the top or bottom portion you’d like to lighten for approx 15 mins
• Remove and hang the shorts to drip and allow the bleach to take effect for approx 20-30mins
• Repeat and soak again to get the desired color / effect.
Sounds simple? Go try it. I’ve got a brand new bottle of bleach to do the same on a pair of jeans!
If you spend enough time on etsy (like myself), you’d find tons of amazing artists, craftsman and designers just within the site alone. And this week I fell in love with these candle holders and light pieces made of wood and Mason jars by Shelli Worley of Worley’s Lighting. Pretty neat pieces.

I’m a girl with a short bob but with an obsession with long lovely locks and how they can be transformed to so many looks. Don’t be mistaken, I love my hair short and can never stand a day with long hair in this hot, humid weather I live in. But these girls just makes me feel like I should some day, just maybe some day have long hair like these.
